By accessing and using PadMorph software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms present in this document, you should not use or interact with any of our software in any way, shape or form.
PadMorph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal gaming purposes. You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the software under ANY circumstance. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of any and all of your subscriptions and agreements with or without notification, with no requirement from the operator to reimburse any payments made to the operator of the serivce. We also reserve the right to pursue legal actions if deemed necessary.
PadMorph does not offer refunds under ANY circumstance other than at the sole discretion of the PadMorph administrative team. This includes refunds for: Damage caused by PadMorph software (ie; Account restrictions on unrelated services & games, electronic malfunctions), incompatability with the licensee's machine or peripheral devices, dissatisfaction with the service, etc). Any attempt to pursue a refund without the explicit permission of the PadMorph administration will result in an immediate blacklist from our store along with all licenses being voided. It is solely the licensee's responsibility to lodge an inquiry about the compatability and safety of the software through appropriate channels prior to purchasing any good or serivce from our store.
You agree not to use PadMorph for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. This includes but is not limited to using the software for cheating in online games that prohibit such modifications, utilising DoS (Denial of Service) exploits against PadMorph, and more. The licensee is fully responsible for determining the implications of using any software provided by us in a circumstance in which it may be permissible to use.
We collect minimal data necessary for the operation of the service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties UNLESS compelled by law enforcement along with a signed court order and warrant, along with an MLAT for non-western law enforcement organisations. We offer full data deletion upon request, however, if a user requests data deletion during a period of active subscription, their subscription will be voided with no reimbursement provided. This data deletion ONLY includes the information possessed solely by PadMorph. Data collected by our payment partners is discussed in Section II of our the Privacy and Data policy.
We do not store or directly process your payment information. All transactions are handled through our trusted third-party payment partners: Stripe, Hoodpay, and PayPal. These services are responsible for securely processing your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data held by any of our payment partners, you will need to contact them directly:

We can assist by confirming which payment provider was used in your transaction and providing contact details if needed, but we do not have the ability to delete or modify data stored by those services.
PadMorph is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to: Account terminations from the use of PadMorph, malfunctions of electronics due to the use of PadMorph.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, with zero requirement for us to reimburse any payments made to the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
